Option to exclude photos and documents from What's Happening emails

Would like to be able to choose what goes out on the What's Happening e-mails. In particular, residents are OK with party photos posted on the website but do not like the photos being included in the What's Happening e-mail. Also, if a minor correction is made to a PDF, would like the option to NOT send that out.
