Option to exclude photos from What's Happening emails

Similar to the "Calendar" page type, provide the ability to select to hide newly added photos on a "Photo Gallery" page from What's Happening emails.

We use. A separate gallery page to share photos from an event. So the entire set of photos is included in the next whats happening email.
If there was an alternate page type that would allow displaying multiple photos, a simple news story and link would solve this problem.
It makes no sense to email 40 photos especially since the resolution is so downgraded they reflect poorly on your product and our event.
An option to exclude new photos from the WH email would save space and bandwidth for the emails.
A simple link announcing “New Photos Added and a link to the page containing new photos would make more sense.

Have newly added photos not be included in What's Happening email

Add setting to the "Photo Gallery" page to not have newly uploaded photos be included in the What's Happening email. Some residents object to getting too much email from all sources.
Can residents set their profiles to not receive emails from uploaded photos but receive all other blasts?

Doug Vogt: Members can update their contact preferences to not receive the What's Happening emails by following the instructions in the following article: https://help.hoa-express.com/en/articles/5324460-updating-your-member-profile-contact-preferences.

Also would prefer that all the recent uploaded photos are not sent on the What’s Happening emails. Just a link to the photos is enough.

This issue should be addressed. If calendars can be excluded why not photo galleries. If someone uploads 20 photos they all show up in the email which is not desirable

Yes please - see also my comments on selecting content for What's Happening in general - my suggestion here could include photos
