Display single respondents' answers in surveys
Meredith Owens
Provide the ability to view a single respondent's answers across multiple questions in the survey results. While administrators won't be able to see who provided the responses, they will be able to see all information submitted with a particular submission.

In addition, I would like the option to have surveys where the respondent is identified (and are clearly aware they are identified). This would be helpful when gathering input on meeting date/time options, allowing admin to respond with custom alternatives

Valerie Packham and David T Ball: Since we don't plan to change the anonymity of the surveys feature, we recommend instead creating a "Custom form" page for this type of feedback. With that page, you'll be able to see who submitted a particular response, so you can follow up with them if needed.

Meredith Owens Thank you for the tip!

Meredith OwensHi Meredith. Maybe my request should be changed to request 'regular surveys' in addition to 'confidential surveys'. For many issues we need a way to track who responded plus their response for example 1) annual voting (each home vote is tracked and added to minutes) 2) for assessments 3) for upgrades when residents can pick between multiple options like paint colors or pool chair fabric, etc. The Custom Form is OK as a workaround, but having a separate non confidential survey would be a great option and much easier.

David T Ball: Thank you for explaining this further! For your first request about annual voting, we have a separate open post for developing this capability. I've ensured your vote was added there, so you'll be notified when we update its status. https://feedback.hoa-express.com/feature-requests/p/online-voting

This would be great as would the ability to skip questions if they don’t apply
Meredith Owens
Andrea Deodati: We have a separate open feature request for adding this ability to the surveys feature. Since your vote has been added to that post, you'll be notified when we update its status!

This would preclude me having to use Google forms for surveys.
