Optional address change notification

I would like to get notifications of Members updating their address (billing address). Our community keeps a separate database for members and while members remember to update the website, they don't remember to let the HOA know that their address has changed. I'd like a notification similar to the one where there's a new account pending approval.

Any member update to their web account is recorded in the Logs, but, it only says the settings have been updated or password reset. I agree it would be helpful to know what member updates were made. Address and phone updates are of more value than password changes in the Logs. Also would like edit rights to the Member profile, to keep the record accurate.

Being able to see member contact update as a separate fill would facilitate getting the information to various members of committees and board.

A notification for any change of information would be beneficial. I’d also like the ability as administrator to make updates to member information. A lot of our residents are older and are asking for help.

Totally agree. As administrator I would like to honor requests from individuals who want their address changed, but are not able to do it themselves.

I also agree that notification of member’s information (except for password changes) would be beneficial.

It would be great if we got a notification of any changes made to a members profile. They think we are aware whenever they make a change and these are important for our offline records.
