Indicate preffered mailing address in "Account view"

Indicate which address is the preferred mailing address in the "Account view." Right now, the only way to identify the preferred mailing address is to start to edit the members account.

This would be helpful, but first we have to be able to edit a members account to make the changes. That is the real ASAP for us.

Wendy Gregersen: Administrators with the "members" privilege can update address information for registered and approved members on the website! Wendy Gregersen: As indicated in the article I linked, contact information cannot be updated by administrators. However, you do have the ability to update addresses for accounts from the "Members" section.
In regards to updating email addresses, we have a separate post open where we're considering allowing administrators to request information updates from members. Terrific aid for us. Most of our residents are snowbirds. Should also include email for those who would rather receive all communications that way - would may things a lot easier, and cheaper without postage costs.

This would be helpful as some residents have multiple addresses. It would also be nice to have residents choose “ full time vs seasonal as part of profile please. We get mail returned all the time as it goes to the wrong address in the off season. Thank you.

Mary West and Theresa Hamacher: We recommend collecting this information via the account types that members use to register. For instance, you can update or add new account types for "Part-time Homeowner" or "Full-time Homeowner." From there, you can edit the account types for any existing registered and approved members on your website. Instructions for updating this information is provided here: https://help.hoa-express.com/en/articles/2350306-admins-updating-member-and-account-information.
Additionally, if members have more than one address listed, they'll need to select a preferred mailing address. If you use the "Letter Mailing" feature, our system will send the letter to that designated address. Plus, we're considering the above request, so this information is labeled in the "Account view," as well.
