Provide the ability to select exceptions for recipients of a blast email.
For instance, if you selected for an email to be sent to the "Homeowners" account type, you can add an exception to exclude certain individuals that fall under that account type.

A clear case where omitting someone from a blast email would be beneficial, if you are notifying the neighborhood of a death or hospitalization of a member and don't want the email to go to the grieving spouse or partner.

We would love to see this. But in addition would really like to see the ability to send individuals and small numbers of residents without creating a group every time. Often these are one offs that shouldn’t require creating a group

This would be helpful to exclude owners whose accounts are delinquent and cannot participate in HOA activities.

This would be very helpful especially when you can’t differentiate between homeowners and renters. Also having this function available in the survey section would be useful.

Our system automatically sorts accounts based on their selected account type (e.g., Homeowner, Renter, Lot Owner, etc.), and adds those as pre-populated options for selecting recipients of a blast email.

This will save lots of time by removing some from a group before sending an email blast, instead of creating multiple groups.
