Send email to ad-hoc groups

I would like to be able to send an email to a select group of owners without first having to predefine the groups. We often have situations where we have to send a message to a subset of our owners (so the automatic group feature mentioned in another place would be great), but even so, we sometimes have to send messages to an even smaller group of owners that I dynamically create at the time of the mssage.

I agree - I would like to be able to "select" individuals through the communication page rather than through the email accounts.

I am not sure how to use the "Email Account" . I agree sending emails from the website would be a great convenience and good record keeping.

I would love to see this for sending to a few selected recipients. Using the email accounts for this requires maintaining a separate contact list since the web site members contact info is not accessible from the web mail app. This would also allow us to keep all outgoing communications in one place.

I also think this would be helpful. Even take it further and be able to email individual home owners within the website.

Jacob Moncrief: The blast emailing feature has been designed for sending out emails to groups of people. If you'd like to email an individual, we recommend using the "Email Accounts" feature.

since the email list performs as a quasi audit function for communications to the community, having an adhoc email capability would help track all/most emails.

Yes. It would be great to be able to send an email to even just a single resident or unit owner. This way a separate email system does not have to be utilized for this purpose.

Agreed. I have a set of names that might be interested in serving on a committee. I won't create the group until the committee exists, but would still like to email the potential volunteers as a group.
