Display survey introduction on results page

It would help to have the survey introduction or description displayed on the survey results page. This would give the survey a better flow of why it was needed.

Sounds like a win for all to have this. I like the survey feature. I would also like to see electronic voting capability - is this something separate that would need to be requested?
