Allow admins to add profile photos to members
Stuart Kerr
Many of our members don’t remember their email address and don’t know how to upload images. Would be great to let admins edit members records and also to add images for them.

Would really appreciate being able to edit someone's email or phone. I agree with Jamie and Mike K

Wendy MacMillan: This request falls under another post that we have open, which I've linked here: https://feedback.hoa-express.com/feature-requests/p/allow-administrator-to-request-information-update-from-member. I recommend adding your vote to this post so you'll be notified whenever we update its status!

It would be really helpful for us. Many of our residents are over 80 and not terribly computer savvy.

If this is ever implemented, I strongly recommend that it be opt-in only, due to privacy issues and/ or the possibility of stalking or other retaliatory behavior by a rogue admin. The resident would be required to always give consent in writing (online) first --- no exceptions. Photos in particular should never be added without consent.

Would LOVE the ability to edit folks' account info for them! I agree with so many of the comments regarding getting members with minimal tech skills registered and then corrected/updated as necessary. For example, we get SO many bounced emails that admins could easily correct (because we know what the problem is), rather than trying to get the member to go back in and correct!

Jamie Kinn: I see you've already added your vote to the separate post we have for updating that type of information for members: https://feedback.hoa-express.com/feature-requests/p/allow-administrator-to-request-information-update-from-member. Therefore, you'll be notified whenever we update its status!

I strongly agree. We are a community of 1,000 retirements. It's challenging enough getting some folks without technical skills through the process of registering for the website, let alone conveying later on how to correct their general information and/or email addresses when they were entered incorrectly are require updating.
