Send a receipt of any purchase, like letters. This would give our admin a quick way to get a reimbursement from the HOA treasurer.

This has been resolved; mailed letter purchases will now email a receipt to the purchaser and any admins with the “billing” administrative privilege.

We’ve moved this to our bug reports board, since it’s more of an oversight than an intentional design choice. We’re working on getting this resolved soon.

Our platform typically emails a receipt for any payment and admin makes, so we’re looking further into this.
