Resized photos distorted on mobile devices
Resizing an image in the page editor causes the image to become distorted on mobile devices. I have inserted photos on a text page and on a location page (perhaps others). After resizing the image to make it smaller, it continues to look perfect on my computer (and ipad, I think), but on my cell phone, the image is stretched vertically. When I reinsert the image without resizing, it looks fine on my cell phone.
member printout only goes to S
when i pull a member printout, it stops at the letter S, so I'm missing a quarter of the members. this is from the admin portal-members-print menu. it only goes up to letter S in our association
Images in emails missing or very large
Recently, we have received reports from our members that images in email communications are either missing or very large. Nothing has changed with how the emails are sent except that we are now using the new admin portal. Examples of the issue are attached.
Url for calendar events seem to change
I had a page with links to three different calendar events. They had been working properly for weeks. But all of a sudden, when I click a link, it takes me to the wrong calendar event. I checked the URL for the calendar event, and the number at the end of the event URL was different. What would cause the URL for a calendar event to change? And does this mean that I should never link to a calendar event? I was using these links to highlight specific events. But if the URLs for calendar events change, I won’t be able to do this.
Email Link Not Working Correctly
On our home page and other committee pages, the email address displayed on website are not hyperlinked correctly so when someone clicks on the email address it opens a new email message with wrong email address displayed in the "to" line. for ex., [email protected] on website, but email displays board's old email address, or the spelling in email address is incorrect even though it is spelled/displayed correctly on the website. we need this fixed ASAP. No telling how many individuals have emailed us using hyperlinks to create emails, and we have not received the messages. there is at least 4 areas that are incorrect
