In FAQ I want to add a screen shot as part of a FAQ how to. Is there a way to add a photo or a screen shot? If not, can that be added please?

I was just writing to say thanks for the FAQ page and also ask for more editing functionality when I say this chain had been opened. In addition to the hyperlink, I would like the ability to do simple editor functions like bold, italic, color, bullets. I also really like the FAQ boxes when the answer can tuck into the question and then just be opened when someone clicks on it. That way there is much less open text for people to sort through.

As commented “One important feature that is missing from the new FAQ page is the ability to have hyperlinked text. For example, the Answer part might include, "For more information, click here".

I agree with Brad, currently this page is too restrictive. Would also like to have the ability to add images.

This would be a great enhancement by allowing hyperlink text in the FAQ questions or answers. For example, "For more information, click here". (Currently I use the "general text" page type for FAQs because it allows for hyperlinked text.)
