Could you view the page before you post it? I'm always having to go back to the post to fix something that would have been notice if I got to view it before posting it.

In the Markdown toolbar there's an icon that looks like an eyeball. Clicking on this will allow you to toggle between Markdown and published views. Would this resolve your issue?
