View and download all files uploaded to the website

Provide the ability for an administrator to view all documents uploaded to the website in one place and download them into a zip folder.
ORIGINAL POST:
We upload documents all over the site, and while that's useful to place them in different locations based on their logical need to access it would be great if we could get a directory with all of the documents that we have uploaded plus all of the documents that we created on the site such as emails and such. That would allow us to download them and have an off-line copy and essentially create a knowledge base of everything that we're doing on HOA express. Even if you just make this available via some kind of API key, it would be incredibly useful.

How to get posted documents as a batch file

We need to save posted historical documents to an independent drive we keep on property. Seems to be no way to do that. Would HOA-Express be able to do that and send it? We also want to keep all the posted docs alive on the website though.

I'd be happy with even just being able to download a report that lists all website pages - the name of the page, the location on the menu, and for those that contain documents a list of all the document names and the date they were uploaded. We could work from that to more easily find where we have duplication and some outdated stuff.

As we are a 55+ community, some residents are concerned that all our historical information has not been archived locally. An "old school" solution to be able to download a .zip file for safekeeping would be great. Thanks.

I think this would be great to have. My issue is where this is in the list of items that I would like to see addressed.
