Use logo instead of text as header of emails

Currently on the what's happening weekly emails or emails on form submissions the header is the associations name in text. Would like to use our logo instead like we can on the site.

Blast emails currently include organization name text in the banner of the email that is sent. HOA Express emails, which appear to use a similar email blaster, include the HOA Express logo image as the banner instead of plain text. Add a setting to upload and include such a banner image in blast emails.

More control over the header AND the message box would be very, very much appreciated. As it is now, it is appears unprofessional; makes us and HOA-Express look cheep. At a minimum, please make the header have the same editing ability as the message box now (so we can put our logo in there), and also give the message box more functionality in terms of layout and design. We at least need to be able to left/center/right justify graphics. That should not be too difficult to add to the HOA-Express platform.

As for the body of the email, our blast emailing feature utilizes a simplified text editor that offers basic formatting. It’s designed to be simple for professional, easy-to-read, and concise emails.
While you have some formatting options available (e.g., the ability to bold, italicize, and hyperlink text, add different-sized headers, use various list formats, etc.), there are some limitations. For instance, this editor doesn’t support adjusting text or image alignment in the email, which is why you don’t see that formatting option in the menu.

The current email header is too large and takes up space that could be used for communication. Specifically, we would like to use our website for the submission of Maintenance Requests from our unit owners, however when the property manager prints out the emailed request, the header takes up around 1/4 of the printed page. If we could just reduce the size of the text used for the header it would be helpful.

Agreed. Any flexibility on what is displayed as a Header or how it's displayed would be good.

I agree. We have a number of different types of communications we send out and each should have its own unique image or text header to clearly communicate which type of communication it is, rather than all of them having the same, single community name.

I agree with both Wes and Russ, the ability to pick a logo or a header text or both would be nice, helps to separate the formal from the informal
