Term start date for board members

It would be great to have a "Term Start Date" field similar to the "Term End Date" field on the "Board members" page type.

It would also be nice to have the ability to remove "Term End Date" (and "Term Start Date" if implemented as well) as not all communities have hard dates. We have an open ended End Date and varying Start Dates.....

Yes, very helpful for our HOA as well. Our residents can become board members in 2 ways:
- Regular vote which means they serve a standard term length
- Taking a slot when someone vacates early, meaning their start date and term length are irregular. Would be helpful to be able to see that online and not have to go back through minutes etc
