Allow admins to specify to whom a survey is available to, instead of having it always be available to all members. This would function like the page restrictions.

Absolutely agree. The ability to target surveys would be very beneficial. Not all members are necessarily involved in every issue. Hope this feature to target is added soon.

Yes, and it would appear to be a very short-sighted feature since the announcement feature within the admin portal for surveys allows for limiting that by group or account type.

Jeff Forsythe: Just a quick note, there is no “announce” feature
within
surveys. The “announce” button you see in the “surveys” section is simply a link to the “communications” section that automatically populates the “message” field with a prewritten message, nothing more. Sending a blast email via the “communications” section offers many choices for who the recipients should be, as it’s a powerful feature independent of the surveys feature.Web Master
We would very much appreciate having the flexibility to send surveys to the groups, account type and primary owner. THis is an important functionnality for us. Thank you

I agree with all the other folks that are posting that we need to be able to have a way of specifying a group email list rather than all members of our community, or one per household. We have set up a list that is “primary unit owner”,which is used for sending key DocuSign emails to the owner that is in charge of that condo. Being able to restrict sending out a survey to this key person in each condo is critical, otherwise anybody in the household could vote on the survey.
Please implement this feature as soon as possible otherwise, the survey results are hamstrung.

We would also like to select an email group for surveys. This would allow us to receive one result per unit, vs from every registered member.

We really need to restrict distribution to specific groups otherwise this is not a useful tool for us to use. This also applies if we want to test a survey to a small group to make sure it’s what we want to send out to all members. Currently we can’t do this without making the survey available to all members.

I would like to be able to select recipients for any surveys we create - just like we can select registered members to receive Eblast communications. Ideally, I should be able to send a survey to our board only in order to give them an opportunity to review it. Also, some survey issues pertain to selected condo owners / registered members. Your survey feature is good, it needs some work to make it great. Thanks - Ed Szeliga

I would like to be able to send survey's to a targeted group instead of the entire community.
The feature request would be to modify the "Limit one response per" options to include "Group".
If you select "Group", then another page would be available to allow you to select the Group(s) to target the survey to.

If I create a group, can I send the survey to only that group and not the rest of the registrants?

Susan Henk: I'm afraid that's not a possibility with the survey feature. Currently, when a new survey is created, it will be available to all of your registered members to view and submit a response. Therefore, we're looking at developing this feature request, which would allow you to make the survey available to only a particular group!
