The survey is now limited by "Limit to one response per…. member or account." We would like to request that each address would get a vote. For instance, we have accounts (emails addresses) that own multiple units so they should that many votes.

We have a number of owners who own as many as four units, and our HOA policy is one vote per unit. How can we allow surveys to accommodate this policy, so that an owner with 4 units (all of which would have the same email address) can take the survey 4 times? Thanks!

It is common practice to give one vote per lot/parcel so adding the additional option of Per Lot (to go with existing Per Member and Per Account).

Like Susan Johnson, we have one vote per lot, so we would not use this feature.

Please keep the survey feature the way it is as well. In our association, each unit (address) gets a vote, not multiple homeowners.

Denise Richards: To clarify would you like that ability for capturing official votes or for general member feedback, as well?

Another way of putting this is that each account is weighted by the number of units they own so that when the result is tallied a use with 6 units would get six votes.
