Sizing and placement of photos included in emails
Gary Tiffany
Please give us the ability to properly size and place photos inserted in emails to our residents. I sent out an announcement today on the passing of one of our long-time residents that included a small picture of the resident. When the email came through, the picture was blown up to giant-size and completely overwhelmed the message. Emails like this look completely unprofessional and reflects poorly on our community because residents don't know we can't resize photo. Please fix this!

I totally agree with this. I've had the same problem occur with an email.

We were just working on this problem yesterday. Being able to resize photos and make them smaller would be a big help

I completely agree! We also need more font formatting options in the emails. It's always better to have the message in the email, not in an attachment. So right now I have to compose everything in a Word or Powerpoint, convert to pics, and import them into the email to accomplish that. A royal pain!

This would very much be desirable changes and improvements. Pictures that would enhance email blasts are often not included due to sizing problems.

I fully agree. - also to allow multiple photos too- there is too Low of size restriction

Mary West: To clarify, you can add multiple photos in the body of a blast email. If you've run into an issue with this, please let our customer success team know so we can investigate further! https://help.hoa-express.com/en/articles/2390052-contact-our-customer-success-team

Gary Tiffany: I'm afraid the simplified editor doesn't provide the capability to resize or realign images. Since you can't modify the image after it has been uploaded, you'll need to edit or resize the image before uploading.
Having reviewed this particular email, we noticed the image appears much smaller in the communication's details. It should have been delivered at the same size as shown in the preview email you received. Assuming there were no changes made in between, we would like to investigate this further.
Would you please share what email client you used view the email? Also, please forward the email you received to our customer success team so we can review how the image appears on our end. Our email is provided here: https://help.hoa-express.com/en/articles/2390052-contact-our-customer-success-team
