Although the date a file is replaced is displayed in the Admin Portal, customers have requested that information to also be displayed on the “Documents” page on the website.

Display date of replaced documents
Heather Mosler
It would be helpful if any documents that are replaced on a page, show the replacement date on the non-admin portal side. It is important that the date of the latest upload is forward facing.
Mike Segroves
I agree with Heather but would add that the upload date should be displayed on both the Admin page and the forward facing.
Debbie Gervais
Mike Segroves Both dates are displayed on the admin side.

Update date for replaced documents
Sarah Sheehan
I do love being able to replace a document. That said, sometimes I do want that date to update also so that people are aware that the version of the document is fresh so I do still need to delete the document and upload a fresh one. I'm not sure I can think of a reason why I'd want to retain an old date on a new document.
Jim Hill
I agree. The ability to replace a document was recently added, and we use that feature a lot. It would make more sense to show the date a document was replaced instead of the date a document was last uploaded.

Or... couldn't the sender add that text to the document itself? E.g., "Document Replaced [date]" or "Revised [date]?"
