One more voice to implore you to implement this feature. It is an extremely high priority for us. Members wish to track their communications, ideally within HOA Express. I see this has been requested for several years, so I'm hopeful it's bumped its way to the top of the queue.

Any status update on this feature? This seems like it should be pretty easy with the new gen front/back end now? Very much needed feature for everyone that uses forms.

Wayne Kasel: I'm afraid we haven't added this feature request to our product roadmap yet. However, our product team is aware of how widely requested this is! While it would require making changes to our legacy code, since it wouldn't be a large change, they would likely be able to develop this before completing the modernized front ends of our community websites.
As soon as they update the status of working on this, you'll be notified via email so you can follow along with its progress!

Rich Phillips: When a custom or contact form is submitted on the website, there is already a confirmation message that pop-ups letting the visitor know the form has been submitted. I've provided a screenshot of this message below.
Would you like to be able to customize this message? If so, would you like this message to be emailed to the user or only display on the website?

I vote in favor of this enhancement, if for no other reason than that the person submitting the form would automatically receive a copy of the form -- something he or she probably didn't think of doing (e.g., screenshot) before submitting it.

Acknowledging the sender makes a lot it sense since we are always asked about it. Customization at the end of the standard message would also help. Thanks

Hello Meredith. I was wondering if this was an option for the resident to receive an email (auto-reply) once they submit a form? Thank you in advance.

Sydnee Best: When a custom or contact form is submitted on the website, there is already a confirmation message that pop-ups letting the visitor know the form has been submitted. Therefore, we don't plan to also send a confirmation email.
However, we are looking into providing the submittee with a copy of the form!

This feature would be very beneficial to our community. Right now the form doesn't give the resident any feedback to what they submitted. I've had to field two search just in this month where they claimed it submitted, yet I could not find them in the submissions. Positive feedback directly to the user and a "paper trail" for them is important

Any updates from HOA dev team on this? We get a few of these each month where the user claims they hit the enter key, but we never see the results. Please consider adding this feature!

To answer your question, I'm afraid we don't have an estimated timeframe for developing this feature yet. However, whenever we do, we'll update the status of this post. Since you've added your vote, you'll be notified via email when that happens!
