Select fees based on payment type

Would it be possible to select fees passed on or absorbed based on payment type? I could see where an Association might absorb the fees for a bank payment but pass on the fees for credit card payments.

I agree. The problem with the recommended solution I was given (to create two payment options, one for each type) is that residents will inevitably get confused or pay both by accident.
