What's happening's are sent out on Mondays. Give users control of the day of the week (month) of publication. (E.g., Thursday works best for us in advance of the weekend.)

Being able to pick the day that the What's Happening note is submitted would be the best option, otherwise defaulting to Sunday morning would be much better than Monday

Changing the day that What's Happening emails are sent

Is there any possibility of giving webmaster the control of the day What's Happening emails are sent, to change from Monday morning to Sunday morning?
Our trash collection moves a day later after every holiday, so when it is on Monday mornings at 0500, the reminder doesn't help. Many people review the events of the coming week on Sundays.

Absolutely agree. Our communities hold a regular Monday Morning Informational Meeting - it would be great to get the What's Happening email sent over the weekend so that residents have time to review it and bring possible questions to the meeting.

I agree. I prefer to do this on Friday morning. The paper comes out for the weekend activities which I add to our calendar. Sending this out Friday gives notice of w/e activities. Please allow users to select the day to send this out. Thanks!

We really need this feature. People rely on this feature to remind them when to put out the Garbage and Recycling, which for us is normally Sunday night. But What Happening is hard coded for Mondays. That is one day too late and Not good for us. This has to be a simple feature to add.

I agree that allowing each site to pick the optimal day of the week to send the email would be ideal. We would also pick later in the week if available.

Wednesday would be better for us as most of our events are held on the weekend. This would give us more time to get information in and for people to see the information after the Monday morning! inbox fill up!

Our retirement community finds that Monday is the best day for us. Others that desire a different day should have the ability to select their day of choice.
