RSVP count & sharing details with members
Meredith Owens
When there are RSVP details on a calendar event, have these be available for members that are not page editors or administrators to view. Also, allow someone to RSVP more than one person.

Priority should be allowing multiple counts for one number.
As far as allowing others to view, could there be a key in developing the RSVP to assign an alternative person (like the chairman of the event) to also view the responses? For those of us who don't need to have everyone looking at the responses about who's bringing what, for instance.

Allow all to see answers to prompted questions

Can we please allow everyone to see answers to all questions asked when RSVPing to an event. Such as who's coming, or what food are you bringing to pot luck. As it's set up now only administrators can see that information. Also if you add another name such as spouse or friend it doesn't count for them in the total. Please help us with this. Thanks.

Totally agree with this request. It would be a terrific addition to event calendar

Agree allow all users to see RSVP details - the "yes" and the "no" rsvp's. This would be very helpful.

When an event has an RSVP limit and a member RSVP's for other members in their party as well as themselves, please consider having the page tally how many spots are left so members can see for themselves how many spots are left. As of now the system only tallies 1 (one) per each member and not for the total in the party.

Yes, having the RSVP details is very important for our social events. We have many events where people bring dishes to pass and we need everyone to be able to see what others are bringing and how many people are coming.

Our association has many group gatherings and we want to know who is coming and what they will bring whether it's a game, dish to share, etc. Having the ability to have all members view the results of the additional prompt is critical - and agree with what someone said below that the feature is almost worthless if it's not opened up. At least put security on it?

Allow users, not just administrators to see “no” RSVP answers

Currently if you allow RSVPing to an activity, participants can only see who is going or maybe going, not if someone has RSVP’d no, so you have no way of knowing unless you are the administrator if a “no” person was a no or if they just hadn’t RSVP’d.
Mike Roth
The number of people and who they say they're bringing are vital. Without this information, the current rsvp system is almost worthless.
