Add the ability to enter a cell phone number to send a text message with a link to reset a forgotten password.
This could only work if the cell phone number was already stored on a user's profile and that cell phone number was not associated with any other person.

Well, it works well enough for most large financial institutions and social media and other websites, like Apple, who are obsessed with privacy. When I make bank transfer through Schwab, I must enter a code texted to my cell phone.

Please provide an alternate method to recover a forgotten password such as a text message to the member’s cell phone. Some members with virtually no computer or email skills change their email address and do not have access to their old email account and cannot log into the website to update the new email. Banks and social media websites use text messages as additional security to prevent unauthorized access.
