There should be a feature to delete submissions on the contact and custom form pages for administrators.

Please permit the deletion of specific forms. Our HOA requires an emergency contact form for each visitor renting a property. After the visitor/renter has left, we want to delete their information. Property owners like the convenience of filling out the form at our website, but request that, for privacy, the forms be deleted after the renter has left.

Agree, especially those submissions that are unauthorized and or threatening in nature.
