I would like to send a recurring reminder for one of our groups' meetings with the option to RSVP.

Gina Arasin: This capability falls under a separate post we have open! I've linked that for you here: https://feedback.hoa-express.com/feature-requests/p/schedule-reminder-emails-for-calendar-events
I see you've already added your vote to that post, so you'll be notified via email whenever we update its status.

We would like to send an auto monthly email reminder of homeowner Association dues with an Invoice attachment (standard dues, same for all). It would also be great to have an “opt out” in the email for those owners who pre-pay and do not need the reminder.

What we need is the annual item on the calendar. I set a repeating every year event June 1st “the board needs to set annual meeting by June 30th. It would be nice on June 1st an email would go out to the Group called “The Board”. Once set up who ever is on the board will get an email on June 1st to set the annual meeting date. This is really a basic calendar function.

This would be awesome. Especially to homeowners as a reminder that they need to have their assessments in by for example the 10th of the month, and we would have the capability every for example 4th of the month the same email would go out as a reminder

Understanding people's use case for this would be helpful in designing the best solution. Are these recurring emails intended to announce recurring events? If you're hoping for this feature, please share what types of emails you'd use it for.

Wes Cossick: I'd use it for routine emails I remind residents of yearly - for example, every year I remind residents multiple times a year of snow plowing procedures and other information. Another example is sending out a yearly reminder to winterize their homes so they don't have frozen pipes.

Wes Cossick: We would like to use as a monthly HOA fee reminder.
