Notification for new listings on "Classifieds" page

I have a "Classifieds" page entitled 'For Sale / Give Away' and would like a notification showing the new items listed.

YES!! I realize it will notify in the What’s Happening emails, but only if subscribed to receiving those notifications. Unless neighbors are actively looking on the site, specifically for classifieds, the ad can sit for days without being noticed. Having a notification sent when one is posted would be a huge improvement!

What kind of notification? Classifieds appear in the WH email for our community.

I believe the current system captures all classified ads and publishes them in the what’s happening now weekly emails.
