Move news articles from one page to another

Just like you can move documents between pages, it would be handy to move articles between pages, too. This would make it possible to manually archives articles or perhaps move articles from a public page to a private one (or vice versa).

Being able to archive old documents would be great because we use HOA Express to store Association records. This way, there are very few paper records to maintain. Archiving is great as long as archived documents can be retrieved for viewing and download.

Kimberly Arpaia: This request is for posts added to a "News articles" page. If you'd like to move files uploaded to the website to an archive page, that's currently possible!

Just wondering as we populate our community news page, if there is an option to archive older articles to another page. This would be a nice option to move older articles maybe to General Topics or maybe a new page that holds archived articles. Just a thought.

It would be a great feature for us to be able to move articles between pages. It would be a powerful feature to help us archive old articles /announcements and clean up our announcement/news feed.

The feature to move articles to archives/unpublish or make private would be a great feature to have, had this feature in Wordpress and now miss having this feature in HOAExpress, hope this feature can be looked at again. I guess it's been 3 years so not sure if this is going to be worked on...

This would be great to “archive” older documents, but still have access them for future re-publishing.

Mike Noftzger: For files uploaded to a "Documents" page, you can currently transfer them to another "Documents" page that you use to archive older files!
