Make "Unsubscribe" on BLAST emails reversible by Admin

We use BLAST emails to communicate items of importance/interest or urgency to members of the Community. It is currently the ONLY means to do that--as we don't intend to use or pay for Text Messaging within HOA. We have some residents who view the BLASTS as regular email--and if they don't want (or disagree) with the content, they UNSUBSCRIBE (a recent feature). I have explained that the BLASTS are the only means we have to communicate within the whole community--and that UNSUBSCRIBING cuts them off from the Community. We are an aging 55+ community and they often don't understand the consequences of their actions. I provide them with step-by step instructions to reset their Communications preferences. I have experienced this multiple times . As Admin, I would like to be able reset their Communications preference --IF I determine that their Unsubscribe action was unintentional. Thanks, Brad Brown

Email senders are required to honor unsubscribe requests, both by law and by email providers like Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo, etc. It wouldn’t be possible to offer admins a way to overrule an unsubscribe request without violating these requirements.
