Mail letters to any address
Stephen Nilsen
The Mail Letter service is an awesome feature with a great price tag, but we don't use it only because we can't send our letters to people in our community that haven't signed up on the website. It would be great if admins could specify addresses within their communities regardless of whether or not those addresses have signed up on the website, that way we could still mail letters to those addresses. Obviously you wouldn't know "who" to address the letters to so you could just put something generic like "Current Resident". I'm sure HOA Express is missing out on a ton of revenue because of this!

Let me add that it would be important to be able to provide a mailing address that is distinct from the community address since most of our residence don't have their mail delivered to the shared community boxes. It would also be nice to be able to designate which of the accounts in the system should actually receive the mail.

Thomas Grobicki: You can currently do both of these on our system! Members can add more than one address to their account and designate which one should be their mailing address. Additionally, you're able to select who should receive the letter when selecting your recipients of a mailed letter.

Our team is considering the above request. In the meantime, a possible workaround is to import those members into your website (with or without an email address). From there, they would be in the system for you to send letters to using the letter mailing feature.

Meredith Owens: This is great! Thank you so much for the reply!
