Lot Number Search Capability

It would be nice to me able to search on lot numbers as our neighborhood records are kept by lot number; further, lots may be owned without ever being developed, thus there would never be a street number associated for that owner. Homeowners are also allowed to subdivide their lots.

The lot number field is part of the member profile; however, when perform a search on the Admin Portal under Members (clicking the search button) and entering the lot number (say 125) there are no search results. I.e. the Lot number data is not included in the search function.
On the other hand, searching by street number (12819) comes up with results.
Would like to see the lot number field added as part of searching the member director on the admin portal

I agree. The only work around I see at the moment is to put in a secondary address which lists the street address as "Lot #". Then it is searchable. Seems silly though as Lot Number is already a field itself.

We use lot numbers as a primary identifier of the community. It would be nice if not only you can search by it, but also see it in key pages - members list, members grouped. Thanks!

It would be nice to be able to search members by section number.

Also, could you separate the street name from the house number so that we can sort by street name- for communities which consist of sevetal streets.

Provide the ability to search lot number

Currently, a search in the owner directory doesn't search on the Lot #. It only searches the address fields (street, unit). In some communities, there are Lots without an address. Lots need to be searchable.

It seems like you can already do this if you have enabled Lot Numbers in Settings -> Registration -> Options. If their search function doesn't also look at the Lot Number field then it should be fixed.
Like yours our records are kept by lot number and the lots may never have actual street addresses. I normally don't use their actual search function as it is a fuzzy search and returns too much noise. I just use the Account View and search with the browsers search function.

We also need the lot and block number to appear in the On-Line Payments Section (listing of who has made assessment payments). Without this info, we cannot use this section of the website since we cannot determine the right person to credit for paying the assessment. We have over 2000 lots and looking each name up individually to determine the appropriate accounting just does not work. Several people have the same last names.

Betty Ingerson: We have a separate post open for this feature request: https://feedback.hoa-express.com/feature-requests/p/include-lot-number-in-payment-details-export.
It looks like you've added your vote to that post, so you'll be notified via email when our team updates its status!

We can find this information through our county real estate website which also includes owner history, purchase price(s), property tax info, plot plan, photo, etc. So, we don't need this for our HOA.

We have people who are confused by the term 'Unit' when they register. On the Account Settings / Addresses tab, the three choices for unit type are unit, apt.., and suite. Could you add 'Lot' as a 4th choice?
Meredith Owens
Donna Hucker: There is an extra address detail you can enable from the "Settings" section of the Admin Control Panel if you need to collect lot numbers. Instructions for how to do that are provided here: https://help.hoa-express.com/en/articles/2571331-storing-extra-address-details.
Also, if your community doesn't have unit numbers as part of your registered mailing addresses, we recommend hiding that field.

Meredith Owens: Thanks for the info! If I enable a required lot number, can I as an admin update all the lot numbers for existing members?
Meredith Owens
Donna Hucker: Yes, you can! To do this, visit the "Account view" in the "Members" section. Here, click on the "Actions" button and select to "Edit the account." From there, you can add or update their lot number.
