Add a memo line for members to fill out when making an online payment. This way, they can provide administrators with any necessary additional information.
Yes, please include a memo line. This is needed for Invoice numbers and or donations to the HOA
I like this idea, however it should be optional. For some things, the use of a memo field can be confusing. For example someone makes a payment from their account, but tries to apply it to another account by annotating it in the memo field... personally I would rather avoid it for most payments. However I can see practical reasons for it as well.
