Include Markdown editor on "Classifieds" page

Add the Markdown editor to the "Classifieds" page type for the listing text. This would be similar to how the "Forum" page type has this for adding a comment (as shown below).

Is there any way to use the Markdown editor, that is used on forum pages, on listing pages? This would allow us to include links to other pages.

I've gone ahead and updated the description of this post to specify this would be for the "Classifieds" page type.
