Include Markdown editor on "Classifieds" page

Add the Markdown editor to the "Classifieds" page type for the listing text. This would be similar to how the "Forum" page type has this for adding a comment (as shown below).

Is there any way to use the Markdown editor, that is used on forum pages, on listing pages? This would allow us to include links to other pages.

Would you mind clarifying for me if you're referring to the "Classifieds" page type when you say "listing pages?" If not, would you describe for me further which page you'd like to see this added to?
