Include "in progress" events in What's Happening emails
Meredith Owens
In addition to showcasing upcoming events in the What's Happening emails, also include events that are "in progress." Meaning, the event has started but not ended yet.

We actually need three status indicators: Completed, In Progress, and Upcoming.

Betty Ingerson: Would you please explain further why you would like to have completed events included in the What’s Happening email?
Betty Ingerson
Meredith Owens: Everything that goes in the What’s happening emails includes anything that went out in the previous week. Some of those have already been completed, such as an email sent out on Monday regarding a Friday meeting. That email gets included in the next weeks What’s Happening Email. We have been going in and putting the word completed on the email ourselves so people don’t think it is still open.

Betty Ingerson: The What's Happening email should only include upcoming events, not past events. If you received a What's Happening email with a past event, could you forward a copy of that email to our customer success team? You can email it to support@hoa-express.com.

The "What's Happening" weekly report should list ALL events during the week - whether they have passed/ended or not. Some of our residents are not completely computer-savvy and they rely on the "What's Happening?" (rather than logging onto the website Calendar) to monitor events/activities that have already ended-as well as upcoming events. Thanks for your consideration. Bradley Brown: I completely agree with your post. We have the same issues.
