Include date and time of posting

Display the precise date and time the content was added when you hover over the time that has passed since posting.

I prefer to have news, forum, and document pages show the absolute posting time (date, time) rather than the relative time (hours, days, months since the post). Could be implemented as a settable option at the site level.

We've reviewed this request, and while we don't have plans to create a setting for this, we are open to displaying that information when you hover of the "since posting" date. Therefore, we've updated this request to align with what we're considering.
