Have folders and subfolders in pages and in the menu

Reconsider allowing the choice of whether folders and subfolders are shown on a document page vs. on the menu.
As an example, I want a simple menu item "Board Documents". Then I want folders and subfolders visible when visiting that page. I might want alot of folders and subfolders (to facilitate keeping all our documents here instead of a separate service like Google Drive). I don't want to clutter up the menu and also would like to have more text room for folder descriptions. Same with a page "Archived Documents".

I'm afraid there isn't a way to place a folder inside a page, and this isn't something we're considering adding. Having both folders in the menu and on pages would add unnecessary layers of complexity to navigating the website.
Instead, you can use folders and subfolders to organize similar and related pages, like in the example below.
