The "News Articles" page type uses the Markdown editor, which is a plain text editor that allows for basic formatting. This text editor doesn't offer the ability to change the font colors as you'd find with a full-text editor.

We don't have plans to change this to a full-text editor since we've intentionally used the Markdown editor on this page type to keep the text content concise, professional, and easy-to-read.
