Provide administrators with the option to extend the timeline of events included in a What's Happening email. Currently, this email will include events occurring between now and when the next email is generated, plus two days.

Currently, our What's Happening emails come out on Monday morning and cover events through the following Wednesday (one week, plus 2 days). We would like for the coverage to extend to events on the following Saturday (one week, plus 6 days). Hopefully this is possible.
