On the Forum page, after user drills down to invidual topic to read and comment. How do you go back to the previous page with all topics? I would suggest adding a return button to get back to all topics. This is not mobile-friendly, because users need to either find the back button on their phone or look for the main menu icon on the top right corner and click the Forum again. This is not ideal for senior residents.
