Duplicate existing pages

Provide the ability to duplicate an entire page for any page type that allows you to add more than one of its kind.
ORIGINAL POST:
I would like to use an existing custom form as the a basis for a new one, so either add a "use a copy of: ... " option during the creation of a custom form, or provide an option in the pages dialogue to make a copy of an existing element where relevant.

We have pages that we'd keep as master templates containing lots of info and links. These would be unpublished. By making a clone of a template page to one that is active and published, we could quickly and easily peel out what's not needed. Building take a while. The delete key is quick. Because this is a monthly or bimonthly, it would be a big time saver.

Would like to be able to duplicate custom forms.

AGREE!!! We want to contain our annual documents (minutes, agendas, finances etc) within (under) each year and now it is tedious to recreate them and their privacy status. Frankly it would be great to duplicate the full year of pages under one file (date) similar to a Microsoft filing system

In the "Pages" tab of Admin portal, add a column beside the trashcan with a "+" or "duplicate" icon that would duplicate that page with the same settings and restrictions and leave the new one above that page... pleeeeese!!

This would make us more productive

We would consider adding a way to duplicate an entire page across various page types. Since this ability wouldn't be specific to the "Custom Form" page type, we've updated this post to reflect what we'd consider implementing.

Meredith Owens: Yes, we would like to duplicate a page to be the basis for a similar page. I don’t know how to add my vote for this feature.
