Directed to company website after logging in

For a number of weeks now, every time I attempt to login to our community website - wilburnhouse.com I am presented with this sales page asking me to sign up for HOA services. I have tried clearing my cookies and caches to prevent this, but it happens every time. I then have to select the drop-down menu next to my name, and go through three more prompts before I end up at our community website. How do I stop this behavior permanently, and how to I ensure this is not happening to all others who attempt to access our community website?

Thank you for your follow-up Meredith, but this does not address the problem. I am using Safari on a MacBook Air M5. I have cleared all caches, cookies and history from the browser and restarted. When I type in www.wilburnhouse.com, I am taken to our normal community website external page. When I select the login link at the top of the page it takes me to the HOA Express login dialog. Once I have entered my credentials there, I am taken to your sales page, as displayed in the screenshot I shared. I am not taken to our community banner page.

Eric Bussian: Thank you for sharing this. To help our team look into his further, would you please email the following to our customer success team?
- The operating system and browser you're using.
- Does this occur when using a different browser or device?
- Screenshots of the steps you're taking or ascreen recording of these steps.

It appears that you are first visiting our company's website to then sign into your user profile. When signed in here, you'll be able to view all communities you may have profiles on with HOA Express and sign in to a particular one.
To avoid these extra steps, we recommend visiting your website directly to sign in to your website profile. If you're attempting to access the website via a bookmark on your browser, you may need to update where that directs you.
