We use a few custom forms on our website where the homeowner agrees to some terms or acknowledges some action. The problem we have is that from time to time, the terms on the form may change and hence we would like to have somewhere on the form a version identifier (which could be hidden) such that when the form is received, we would know what version of the form the homeowner acknowledged. This is a problem for us because we do not change the title of the form (nor do we want to) and that is the only unique identifier that exists on custom forms today.
