Yes! There are often committee co-chairs.

On the "Committees" page, when you set up a committee and add members you only have three options on Designation: Chairperson, Board Rep, Board Liason... Need the ability to add options to the list and the ability to rename existing options.

We also need the ability to have a vacant position (one that needs to be filled). For example, when a board member resigns, there is a vacancy that needs to be account for, since the required number of directors doesn't change.

Excellent idea! Freeform committee positions AND ability to sequence committee members.

We need freeform responsibility fields for Committee members. And we need to be able to adjust the order to fit our needs. For instance, we need to list co-chairs for one committee and list them at the top of the list with the one with most tenure above the newly added one. The longer tenured one is a woman who will be offended if the newly added co-chair to partner with her is listed above her name. Right now, the system you use forces alphabetical order so the new man shows up above the more tenured woman.

Please provide flexibility in addressing the various titles of officers serving on Committees. The current selection is much too restrictive and does not allow for accurate descriptions. In the meantime, I have indicated the officers in the Text area above the Committee member's names.
