Possibly enabling browser alerts would accomplish a lightweight reuse of the browser to get push/alert notifications to a mobile device while still using the mobile-friendly website approach.

I would highly advise to have a mobile app. This is a necessity these days to respond immediately to our communities needs. To respond to issues that arise - I for one am not always at my laptop. Thank you

A mobile app would be a great addition to your product line. This feature is useful to property managers who handle multiple properties and do not walk around with a laptop. It will help a manager address issues immediately.
