Create mobile app

A mobile app would be a great addition to your product line. This feature is useful to property managers who handle multiple properties and do not walk around with a laptop. It will help a manager address issues immediately.

App for iPhone or Android. Is there any discussions on an app? Curious.

App for website

I'd love to see an app where our members can load onto their phones, and easily open the website. Is there any plan to do this?

I agree with Kate Freed's post, so I'm copying it here. Phones are ubiquitous - apps are the general expectation.
Mobile apps are increasingly expected by people. We use an app to open our doors, an app to schedule the conference room, etc. People especially like the ability to receive notifications when something new is added. A mobile browser interface, while required, is not sufficient.

Creation of an APP for Member access to associaton website

A growing number of the Florida Legislature is considering a requirement that community association provide an App that members can use for access to an association's operations.
Does HOA Express have plans to create/make available such and App to allow registered members to download and that would allow access an association's website from other devices?

George Waldroup: We are looking into developing an app! Therefore, I’m going to merge this post with our existing feature request.
In the meantime, our websites are 100% compatible with mobile devices too!

So we built a mobile app to act as a community directory and, also to take owners to the mobile version of the HOA express website for our community. It only took a day. It has the benefit of giving the users an always current directory without asking them to download all the contacts to their phone. It also has search so you can look people up by name, unit number, parking space, etc. which can be helpful

we are in the process of evaluating a strata management tool and HOA Express checked all of the boxes except having a mobile app which is a MUST for our community. Unfortunately, I will not be able to move forward with this otherwise great product.

Anson Robinson: We're sorry to hear that you won't be able to move forward with our service due to this need in your community. Your vote has been added to this post, so you'll be notified whenever we update the status of developing this.
We hope you can reconsider using our service again once this is available!

Anson Robinson: Hi! My community was the same way. We decided to go with HOA Express because the companies that had an app did not do the stuff the correct way or easy that HOA Eresidentsxpress does. Have resident just add a shortcut to get to your website, it looks like and works the same. Just my 2 cents. We have 603 homes in our community very hard to please all or even 5% of them. Good luck.

Unfortunately, our community has voted to cancel HOA Express due to the lack of a true app. Sadly, this will be our last month on the platform.
