Confirmation before submitting payment

When submitting an online payment, if a user clicks on the "Pay now" button, a confirmation message pops up asking if they're sure they'd like to submit the payment with an option to cancel.

That is great news! We had an issue last year where a resident paid twice because there was no confirmation message.

This seems like a good idea. If I am not mistaken (based on my own experience with digital payments) this is considered standard procedures.
So let's get 'standardized' on this one thing.
