I'm afraid we don't have plans to change this language in the form submission email. Since some individuals who visit the website or submit a form may not be an owner or member of the community, the term "visitor" is more inclusive.

Not all of our residents are owners.

The term "visitor" is not incorrect - they ARE a visitor to the page, not an owner of the page...some communities allow communications from website visitors who are not necessarily owners in their communities.

You can create a “custom” page and design it however you want, to be submitted to whomever you want. And it can be behind the locked screen for members only.

"Visitor" is a term used to denote a, well, visitor to the website and does not mean a real world visitor to the community. Making a blanket change to "owner" would create confusion for forms that can be submitted by non-owners as Chris Juzda noted.

Actually, since the home page is not protected and we have "Contact Us" on the home page without restrictions, it makes no sense to make this change since we expect visitors to our site to be able to ask us questions - potential buyers, realtors, etc.

This makes a lot of sense to me.
