Catch-all email address
Meredith Owens
Provide the ability to create a catch-all email address. This way, if mail is sent to a domain where an email address doesn't exist (e.g., a previously deleted email account), all of that mail would be caught and sent to the catch-all email account.

It would be great to know if any emails are undeliverable, so other means of communication can be established. We had situation where husband passed and wife was computer illiterate. We were unaware she was not receiving communication.

Karen French: If you're sending emails using the blast emailing feature, the detailed send log will show you the status of whether the message was successfully delivered to a recipient or not. In the case it was blocked or dropped, you can enter the email address into the "Email auditor" for more information about why that happened. You can learn more about these features here:

For emails sent from a community-branded email address, if a message couldn't be successfully delivered to a recipient, a bounce-back email will be sent to you. If a message was successfully sent to a recipient but they didn't receive it, that could be due to their email provider's spam settings. We recommend if that happens for they to add the "From" email address to the contact list on their email account. That should whitelist the email address and help prevent that from happening in the future!

Are you referring to outgoing emails generated from the send email function to groups?
Meredith Owens
Chris Juzda: This is referring to the "Email accounts" feature! You can learn more about this here: https://help.hoa-express.com/en/collections/1353985-email-accounts.

Meredith Owens: thanks I’m very familiar with all the email functions. There are two email functions blast emails to groups and any emails sent from one of the email accounts that we have set up. I wasn’t sure which you were referring to.
