Currently: All events in the Calendar are equal and the most current top 3
will always be presented to the user on the Home Page, bottom, under
"Upcoming Events"
Feature Request: Capability for each Calendar Event to set -
  1. [ ] Visible - as to whether and event is displayed in the
"Upcoming Events" and whether it additionally triggers an email to
neighbors
  1. Provide Administrative control over how MANY "Upcoming Events" may
be provided.
Clearly, "Upcoming Events" has a prominent place on the home page, but it's
"overloading" the Monthly Calendar widget. It would be beneficial to have
people occasionally simply VIEW the monthly Calendar in its entirety.
(1) It would be nice to have a full calendar without every item vying
for "Upcoming Events" status - e.g. Trash versus Trash&Recycling
Weekday should not be shown as one of the Top-3. Also, don't want
every event to trigger an email to neighbors.
(2) On some weeks, there may be several events (5-7?) that we'd like
presented. e.g. Local Social AND City Community Events, Garage
Sales, special leaf/brush-pickup.
