Meredith Owens - under the Changelog menu this item is noted as “Improved”. Does that mean it is implemented and I have to do something to obtain it in my Settings or is it still “in progress”.

Patrick Dolan: Thanks for checking in about the status of this! We're still in the process of developing additional sending frequencies for these emails.
The improvement referenced in the changelog is that we’ve moved managing What’s Happening email settings from the “Members” section to its own dedicated subsection within “Settings” in the Admin Portal. This will allow us to facilitate the above feature request and other planned improvements to the What’s Happening emails.

To access this in the future, click on your profile photo or initials in the upper-right-hand corner of the Admin Portal. Then, select "Settings" from the drop-down menu. On the next page, you'll select the "What's Happening emails" option from the list of categories.

Our community would really like to see this feature. We post an important update on a Tuesday and then they don't get the email about it until the following Monday. In those cases, if they didn't visit the site, it's now old news and deadlines could be missed. Please let me know when this will be available. Thanks!

In the meantime, if you have an important update or announcement you need to share with your members before the next What's Happening email is generated, we recommend using the blast emailing featuare available in the "Communications" section in the Admin Portal. With this feature, you can send as many emails to your members as you'd like, whenever needed.
