I would like to see options for daily or a certain amount of days prior. By the time we’re notified of trash day on Monday, the trash people have come and gone.

Victoria Baughan: To clarify, are your members referring to the What's Happening email that can currently be sent out on a weekly or monthly basis?

I concur with the previous comments regarding frequency. Our need is to have the weekly (Monday) What's Happening cover two full weeks instead of just one. Often events coming up require advance planning/arrangements - and sending out multiple BLASTS to remind folks isn't very effective - as too many such communications often get ignored. Appreciate your consideration.

I second this. Can we get the ability to increase Whats Happening e-mails send out frequency?

I would definitely like to have the admin ability to send out an Updated What's Happening blast email more frequently than weekly. With the current email coming out early on Monday, sometimes we don't get articles posted in time to be included. Some can wait the week, but others cannot. Yes, we could send out a blast email about that one item separately, but when there are multiple articles that are of a timely nature, having the ability to generate a What's Happening Update later in the week would be extremely helpful and would cut down on the number of separate emails cluttering residents' email boxes.
